H&R tends to spec their shocks to be a bit on the aggressive end so if you are looking for the best handling and a firmer ride, these will be the way to go. With that said, you may want to wait for a coilover set that is adjustable both in height and dampening like the KW V2s.

Are they ever going to make a KW V2 for the M3?
The H&R's were too stiff for me on the E46 M3's. Not to mention they the early units broke, and they wouldn't cover it.
