Only in Germany (for now). German law has the potential to leak into EU law though, so it may come to the rest of EU at some point. |

Yeah I've already read through the thread extensively, I think the OP initially got the impression it was EU-wide but turns out it's not which is why the thread title was renamed from EU to Germany. Should be safe for now *fingers crossed*
