The reason was that the M paket here it costs 5.000+ € and with the taxes gone at 10.000€ arround.For example one 118i F40 only with the M packet it starts from 40.000€ and with the Sportline packet it costs 27.000€.
The difference is too huge on the ammount.
The E81 i had it from new and in about for 4 years.
