In the market for a 2011 X3 (in the US) and curious about two things:

1. Stereo - Anyone who has test driven the X3 - any evals on the stock stereo and the $850 option? I know in the past BMW stereos have not been the greatest - especially at the base level. But the optional stereo *seems* like a worthwhile option just from the description.

Thoughts?

2. Wheel size - would the x28 simply ride better than the x35 due to the wheel size difference. AGain, not talking about the suspension option available in the United States - assume stock on both accounts.

I am planning a test drive - my local dealer has both a 28 and a 35, and will try to comment on my own questions after I test drive.
