I don't understand why one would put a supercharger on a car with turbos... sorry..
There have been twin-charged cars, mainly race vehicles. The benefit is the ability to run a large turbo with a high flow rate but without the lag.

You can do it properly with a positive displacement blower that has a clutch to disengage the pulley when the appropriate turbo rpm is reached.
