Hi, i would go for a manual 320D or an Auto 330D. The auto box kills the economy on the 320D. My 330D auto is showing 36.6mpg average after only 1100 miles, It will improve a bit. You should get high 40`s out of the 320D manual wheras about 40 is right for the 320D auto.
