As far as the gas temp thing, here we go again.....1% for every 15 degrees. 1%. So maybe it's 30 degrees higher than normal, which is considered 60 degrees. 2.6 fl oz per gal. round it up--3 oz.? That meets the TSA's 3-1-1 rule, ridiculously small.
And yes, it's bad to run a vehicle out of fuel. Do you lease this vehicle? If so, no worries. I thought ARCO was cash only as they have low prices.
