Stop worrying so much about him, and having so much pressure on the second date. This is going to kill it before it even starts. Ease up, sit back, take a deep breath, and just RELAX. When you get to a point where you are in tune with just living in the moment, it's going to be a revelation. I can tell there is a ton going through your head, and until it resides, things may not work out the way you want them to.
