First off, the individual and/or dealer has a LOT of leeway in whey they will accept/deny - so the above is very true. Leasing and/or buying another BMW makes a lot of little things go away
Second off, I think (based on some other thread research), that the BMW lease says tires have to be the same grade, quantity, or quality as those delivered with the vehicle.
That can mean a lot of things - I know that if the car came with run-flats, it has to be turned in with them. But/and if you could argue the speed rating on the all seasons match the summers, then you might be ok.
and once again, if you are getting another BMW, then I would be you are 100% fine
