Isn't that about the normal nitrogen by volume in the air that we breathe?

The moral of this story is that you need to check your tire pressure often, use an air dryer with your compressor, and you'll have a fire hazard in your tires if they get too hot (21% oxygen).

OOOOH! I missed a source of foul drinking water if you're driving in the desert.
