Yes, leave the stock exhaust and stock tyres and the 0.1s difference will disappear.
Even Guram in the race against the K8-Strasse RS6 comments "there is always some black magic from this owner". It does one 10.8s run and then never comes close. On the Russian BMW forum they all question how the car can do a 10.8s run and then be consistently 0.5s slower
