I never said anything about sacrifice!!! You are assuming it would be a sacrifice.
I never said he would make less money!!! You are assuming it would mean less money.
I said the rumor was pay cut + performance based ADDITIONAL PAY which could actually equal a raise. And put MB in a better position to provide a better car.
I said it was a win / win proposition for both parties.
