+1.....I've actually done quite a bit of searching. Shell is supposed to have a 97 octane, but I can't find any stations that carry it. If you go online and search, you won't find shit. If you email the oil companies, they'll tell you they don't keep track of who carrys what, and that you'll have to call individual stations. I've even gone so far as sitting down on a saturday with a phone book and my cell, and called for 3-4 hours. Nothing. Most people you speak to don't even know what's in their pumps.


There used to be a 76 station on 15 ave in Auburn that carried a 97 octane, but it was bought out by Chevron a few years ago.
