If going to BMW on Sheridan I recommend Sam Guzman as an SA
Had my vehicle serviced there many times by the same SA and never had any issues at all. Always taken care of!
No issues with mods too!
Was lowered on coilovers, had a front lip, exhaust, intake etc etc..never had any issues with getting the car on the lift for maintenance
