Technically, anything is possible. Practically, No! It's a totally different housing that would need major fabrication to fit. Sub frame, drive shafts, prop shaft all different. The Supra ELSD would be a closer fit.
But as you can buy many different flavours of mechanical LSD, why would you bother?
