These^ I use Adams brand. They work very well. Adams has other polishes and detailing products that would get that scratch out also.
Also, the microfiber towel most likely didn't scratch your car, dirt or a rock did, that the microfiber picked up. Id be careful how you wash your car, and make sure you get all the tiny rocks out from all the cracks and crevices. Always 2 bucket method. Use a lot of soap and suds will help, and using a detailing spray when car is wet while you dry can be a good idea as well.
