Winter tires are awesome! PA4

So I got back from Berlin this weekend (Where they don't know what all season tires are) and into my M3 for the ride home. I had put on the winter wheels and Michelin PA4 tires before I left. I was quite impressed on the ride home. Starting with the snow packed parking deck ramps at the airport. The car got through fine.

Compared to last year, I had a 911 with MPS that were just poo in the winter. The M3 got up the same hills exceptionally well. I even took out my AWD M Class (on all seasons) to compare. My conclusion was this. So long as the road was snow packed & slush ( as opposed to 2 feet of powder) the M3 actually did better than the SUV. The M3 turned better and stopped better. On hills the SUV did slightly better due to the awd and weight.
The SUV would under steer like a pig quite often where the M3 would just turn in at the same speed.

The PA4 tires did well at normal temps and for normal daily driving. I was quite impress with the setup. Also using 255s all around works well.
