Like what exactly? My situation is similar to what you describe. I have a tad over 4000 miles on the car and the interval is still set at 15000 from PDI, so to account for rounding errors I'm at least at 18000 before oil change needed, although I'll surely hit the 1 year anniversary way before. OBTW, in addition to the countdown timer, there is also a suggested date of 8/2007 I believe based on what the BC knows of my driving habits.
