I have 1000 miles on my M3, and I loosely followed the break-in procedure. Meaning, I followed the major rules- no WOT, proper warm-up, varying RPM- but otherwise drove it how I would normally drive it after the break-in. I find it difficult to push this car further without breaking the law or seriously hurting myself. This car demands track and that's what I plan on doing (for the first time) when the spring comes.
