'M' is standing more for marketing than motorsport these days. BMW has completely lost it's way imo. There is no way a bloated SUV should be a motorsport car. M cars should be the preserve of the cars that BMW race.
BMW really needs to let M division focus on building far lighter cars with better natural steering and quicker racks. For the steering they should ask Lotus how it's done.
