Eh, I don't agree w/ that.
Deposit is refundable as you won't receive the car. Only way I can see it being unfair to a dealer is if you order a stripper, MT, and Alpine White.
Otherwise, they're going to sell the car just fine and don't need the extra cash from someone who potentially has lost their job.
