They "fitment problem" claimed here consists of nothing more than two o-rings that are slightly thicker than they were supposed to be. Warm water for 5-10 minutes is what any experienced installer has had luck with but we are more than happy to provide free replacement o-rings to anyone who's purchased a set in the past.
To be clear, all existing and future outlets have been corrected.
