JCbmw22 did you see this response from ithatel in the other thread where you posted that none of the Phoenix BMW dealers were no longer Dinan dealers. ithatel said:

Did you go to the Dinan web page an lookup the dealers in Arizona? It lists the contact person at each dealership and their phone number. This is the person you should contact.
