Which setting screen are you looking at? The digital key is managed in the Profile settings.
Also Digital Key and Key Card are not the same thing at the core. Yes, both are NFC, but that's mostly irrelevant. Digital Key is a smartphone (Android only right now, even then limited selection/support) and Key Card is the BMW-branded credit card-sized card that should have been delivered with the vehicle.
