Spoke to ConnectedDrive this morning. No further news except that they said there are varieties of error as well as the one reported here - sometimes it’s working but recordings can’t be made, and sometimes playback doesn’t work! Sounds a mess. My dealer suggested giving them the car back for 48 hours so they could investigate. I declined that offer.
