The B-pillar trims will swirl even if you breath on them. Honestly, I don't have that problem because I have a coupe
and I never cared to polish them on my previous BMW sedan for how easy they swirl. But any soft pad with any swirl remover (Meguiar's swirl remover, ...) and a random orbit polisher should do.
