Actually it is, that's what I did for the ED order I placed a couple of weeks ago on a 335is. BUT that was after calling about 15 dealerships around Texas, and only one agreed.
ED Invoice = MSRP - 7% - 7%
Also don't forget the DCT Rebate (not sure if that's offered anymore)
