I wonder how much a V8 conversion would cost....how much to get a V8 from a wrecked previous generation M5?
OK...let's do some educated guessing. Since I'm not really educated in engine swaps...I'm going to totally guess and say that for:
- used M5 V8 + engine rebuild + new exhaust + any other necessary custom fabrication/parts (reinforced clutch?) + installation into E90 + LSD = approximately $30,000 - $40,000?
and no guarantee you won't be thrown error codes every second. What do you guys think?
