They way it works with MB is if you want the car to auto hold, when you're at a stop light, you simply push the break in more. Then "HOLD" will show up on your dash. you can then take you foot off the brake and do want you want. I like this better than having the button on the console that I have to push to turn the Auto Hold feature on or off when I want it on. The only time it really annoys me is when I'm parallel parking. I'll be about 1/2 way through parking and so annoyed by the Auto Hold that I finally figure to turn it off.

Ahh thanks for that I see what you are saying now. Yeah I just leave it on so I don't touch the button. I have only parallel parked once and made the car do it. LOL
