For trekking, the guys down in Richmond VA have great reviews, ...to far for me though. Around here, it's a crapshoot, all about the same if you walk in cold. For me it's been best to work with and build a relationship with one service writer & tech, and stay with them, rather than jumping around and getting whoever is available at the time. Takes some effort in planning/timing service calls but worth the efforts.
