Been looking to change my car for a while now, (E92 320D), and have finally narrowed it down to either a 435i or a 435D. Was also budgeting for something around the 30K mark. Colour preference is white with red leather, and I'd also want the full m performance accessories attached, front splitter, rear diffuser, spoiler, and side sills. Would add these myself if not already on the car.
Anyway.. original question is about this specific 435i

Have been in contact with them, and they seem quite reluctant to budge on price. I thought for a model that's now defunct, they would be more willing to negotiate. I appreciate the car is nearly fully loaded, it's also fitted with the M Performance Exhaust. Just looking for some advice on its price point. Fair to assume it would lose almost 10k in about 12 months time?
