Questions:

Do I need an adapter to reuse TPMS on these wheel?
Can I use ET30 front and back with no rubing? If not, what offset would you reccomend?
Do I use the stock lug nuts on these wheels?
You can definitely use the TPMS you have on your current wheels
You can use ET30 in the rear without rubbing.. Front you should avoid ET30, it will stick out too far. The front, I'd get the next highest offset, which is ET40 I believe.

Let me know if you have any further questions, I'll give you a more indepth look into it if you want more info
