I've had the driver assistant error but it was absolutely hammering it down and assumed it was something to do with rain and spray affecting the sensor. When I restarted the car it disappeared.
Also had the information screen stop working and go blank. Again a restart seemed to resolve it.
Never had the instrument cluster go out though.
