Alpina just released the D5 S with their new tri-turbo B57, I'm not sure how it's packaged though since it's apparently not available in a RHD config.

I was told by Alpina that will also be available in the UK RHD mid 2018. thing that surprised me is it's got similar power to my 640d, I thought they would have managed a bit more for the UK only version
