I am not tinted. I would be careful about that actually. The cam's attach to the windows with a very strong sticker. I expect it would take the tint with it if you tried to remove it.
I do like the camera. I love the integration with the car such that it turns on and off automatically. The parking mode is very intelligent and monitors battery voltage as well as time. Only rub I really have is that the viewer software is for PC only (no Mac version). I did find
