Here's 1 and there might be another one as well about the foam. Here's a link to another web boards discussion about the AC issues on the new 5 series. It's over 50 pages of posts, the solutions start around Jan. or Feb. 2018.

I assume you have the fan speed set to at least the middle setting and the temp. control (old manual wheels now in iDrive) set to full cold.
