looks like i joined the club today. noticed a small pool of oil on the ground of my parking stall. called my service advisor and he put me up on the first free hoist in the shop and... passenger side seal had failed and was leaking/dripping fluid.

is this common? is it a lengthy repair job? it's under warranty but i have to wait for a service loaner so it could be awhile for it to get fixed...
