It's a test mule, not a production car. Common sense says it will not have an SUV ride height. Go look at pictures of the 1 Series sedan - it will sit just like that. If that's still too high for your tastes, well then so is every other series BMW sedan, and you were going to need to get lowering springs anyway.

It isn't happening any time soon - almost surely not at all for the F44 generation. But Mercedes and Audi can help you out if you want a small 400hp sedan with AWD and a transverse engine.
