I think you should do accessory belt, crankshaft pulley/vibration dampener, and cooling system right away.
I wouldn't trust the crankshaft pulley for more than 100,000 miles, so this one would be a priority.
I do not think there is an established maintenance interval. But all your listed items are related. You should add a thermostat to that.
