Straight fit, but obviously the 2x exhaust holes will be empty!!
If you are planning an exhaust swap;
- you will need to remove the boot storage compartment and replace it with a 335 panel, otherwise the second exhaust box wont fit
- speak to Ant from Speed Religion - they do a straight through twin exit system for the 330d
