It is - the prep was okay (better than test and tune)...I have met the owner and his Tuner is Marco (Magnus) - he hesitated when I asked him if it is stock (he said yes)...My 2019 Turbo S runs 10.46 to 10.55 there - in my opinion - it is not stock - and would be about 3-4 tenths quicker than the quickest test out there.
