[Powerslide]

I just upgraded my Bridgestone RE-71R from 255/35 and 275/35 R19's (on stock 437M 19" wheels) to 265/35 and 285/35 on same wheels.

Not sure if it is all attributed to the fact the tires are bigger, newer, both, and/or other factors, but traction from a stop with 80%+ throttle seems to be significantly improved. Has anyone else noticed such a marked improvement in off-the-line traction by just going up one tire size front to rear?
