So the seatbelt guide on my driver's seat (the outer bar to be specific) is making some annoying creaking noise as it moves to and fro. I'd like to remove it, clean it and then put some dressing on it to silence it (same procedure I use to silence my children, unfortunately it does not work on my wife). Anyone know how to remove the outer bar?

PS: Is there any other usage of the word "fro" other than in "to and fro"?
