Just bought a 2019 BMW M2 Competition with 290 miles on it but I saw that the 3 year maintenance warranty doesn't transfer to a 2nd owner unless I go in and pay $700 for a "refresh". More Googling says dealers MSRP is $700 but cost is actually $300. Anyone know of a dealer offering a lower price on it?
