:iono:The E46 M3 um..."bucked the traditional" and the M Roadster and M coupe 1998-2002 as well as the new Z4 versions.

In my 95 M3 the exhaust connects before the Cats for the O2 sensor and then separates again cause OBD1 only runs 2 O2 sensors. OBD2 runs 4 O2 sensors so the exhaust stays separate with a single muffler. Is that what you meant when you said the "135 meets and has a common exhaust"?
