BMW traditionally had the left side dual exhaust. Since the 135 is getting back to a more traditional and retro look. It was only proper.

Secondly, the e90 335 was the first car to buck this tradition and go with seperate dual tips. Underneith the car the 335 is also a true dual-exhaust system, where as he 135 meets and has a common exhaust.

Here is a few pics of an e46 330ci: I'm sure the 135i isn't any less restrictive.






If it is.... aftermarket will solve this little "tuner" problem..!
