guy at FM west told me $650 for the lease with lower figures than another dealer who quoted me $560 with higher cap cost.

Post your cap cost here and sticker price. Also the tax rate and MV fees and total down and I will run the lease for you on my lease system at work and let you know the right number. If you were in NJ I would try to work with you.
