I assume you've got the xenons --those should be vaccum sealed with no moisture getting in there, so definitely have that checked out and replaced. Especially if you live in a big city where the air/moisture/rain could be somewhat corrosive... then over time you get one headlight that the plastic starts yellowing out and the other one still looks brand new --happened on my coworker's car.
