Recently ive been feeling that it takes more pressure for me to hit the brakes, and they don't start doing anything untill i have already 1/2 way pressed the pedal. I've had the ziptie for about 3 months now and the problem has recently started about last week. I heard that the brake booster is also connected to the vacuum pump, not sure what it does though.

well thats not good lol. need to do some more research on that but i dont understand what that pump would have anything to do with the brakes.. doesnt it just control the flapper in the pipe and amount of exhaust coming out of it? and if it is... i wonder what it regulates or monitors as far as the brakes.
