This is the response I got from ISS,
"No not all 3 pieces are forged. The centers are forged and the barrels we use two are made in one of 2 different processes. The GT Series uses Spun Barrels and the Sport Compact Uses Extruded Barrels. Both Barrels are superb quality with a minimal amount of run out.
The Forging Process for 18,19, and 20" is Spread Forged and our 21, 22, 24, 26 are Rotary Forged. Both Processes produce extremely high quality components.
All our wheels are tested to exceed DOT, SAE, JWL, and TUV criteria through our independent tester. In our testing process we test our wheels to exceed the maximum weight capacity of any car the wheels will fit. Meaning if the wheel can fit an S Class (20") we are forced to test the wheels structural integrity to the maximum weight of an S Class Loaded with 5 People and Luggage. We can go into every size and weight load rating but that would take hours and is the main reason why we use an independent tester and don't just go off the load ratings from the 3D renderings or do our own machine testing. All of these testing methods are not just something we decide to do but something required by the insurance company in order to maintain coverage.
This is why it is so important to use a company that has proper liability insurance in place.
